Prof. Dragan Marinkovic

Prof. Dragan Marinkovic

Association for Decision Science and Analytics

 

Dragan Marinkovic is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Nis, Serbia, and a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Structural Mechanics and Analysis, TU Berlin, Germany. He received his PhD in mechanical engineering from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg, Germany, where he also worked as a research assistant. He has authored and co-authored more than 100 indexed journal and conference papers and has worked on more than 25 research and industrial projects.

He has extensive journal-editing experience, serving as Editor-in-Chief and as an Editorial Board member of several journals, and is a reviewer for numerous renowned international journals. His research covers structural analysis, development and application of the finite element method (FEM), virtual reality concepts, composite materials, active structures, transport systems, decision-making techniques, and logistics. As Chairman, he represents ADSA, leads the work of the Management Board, coordinates strategic development, and supports scientific, professional, and institutional cooperation.

The Secretary supports the administrative and organisational work of the Association, coordinates official communication, maintains institutional documentation, and assists in implementing the decisions and activities of the Management Board.

Prof. Valentin L. Popov

 

Prof. Valentin L. Popov is a professor at Technische Universität Berlin and Head of the Department of System Dynamics and the Physics of Friction. His research includes contact mechanics, friction, tribology, numerical simulation, and related interdisciplinary applications.

Prof. Sergey V. Dmitriev

Prof. Sergey V. Dmitriev

 

Prof. Sergey V. Dmitriev is Head of Laboratory at the Institute of Molecule and Crystal Physics. His research includes mechanical engineering, electroplasticity, nanomaterials, crystal lattice defects, and nonlinear dynamics.

Prof. Radu-Emil Precup
Member of the Management Board

Prof. Radu-Emil Precup

 

Prof. Radu-Emil Precup is a professor at the Politehnica University of Timișoara and Director of the Automatic Systems Engineering Research Centre. His research and professional interests include automatic control, systems engineering, fuzzy systems, artificial intelligence, data science, optimisation, and intelligent decision-support methods.

He has held research and teaching positions at several international institutions and serves in senior editorial roles for scientific journals in information science, artificial intelligence, cybernetics, and intelligent systems.

Prof. Fischer Szabolcs

Prof. Fischer Szabolcs

 

Prof. Fischer Szabolcs is a professor in civil and transportation engineering. His professional and research activities focus on railway engineering, infrastructure design, construction, maintenance, and international scientific cooperation.
